Donations



Your support of Sweet Louise is gratefully appreciated. Every year over 2000 women in New Zealand are diagnosed with breast cancer, and of these, 30-40% progress to the more serious, metastatic, form of the disease. 
The Louise Perkins Foundation relies on the generosity of donors, funders, sponsors  and benefactors to provide Sweet Louise services to improve the quality of life of women with metastatic breast cancer.

We welcome any donations. All donations of $5.00 & over are tax deductible.

Bequest


Women with metastatic breast cancer and their families will benefit from the gift of a charitable bequest to The Louise Perkins Foundation, which provides Sweet Louise services. Giving through your estate may be an opportunity for you to give a significant gift to an organisation which may have helped you or someone you know.

A charitable bequest is a gift specified in your Will. It gives you the opportunity to acknowledge the ongoing and innovative work of The Louise Perkins Foundation. You can designate a certain sum of money, a particular asset, or a portion of your estate, or make a residual bequest. Whatever form your gift takes it contributes to our promise of a better quality of life for New Zealand women with metastatic breast cancer.

Your solicitor can give you more information about bequests, but in general the types of bequests are:
To make a bequest to The Louise Perkins Foundation in your Will or to make an amendment (Codicil) to your existing Will, please download the following form and send directly onto your Solicitor.

You do not need to inform us of the bequest, and may prefer for your bequest to be treated confidentially until after your death. However, we would welcome the opportunity to thank you during your lifetime and appreciate knowing your intentions when your Will is complete.
